A. The Pay Period shall be split into two monthly period defined as from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month and the 16th of the month to the last day of the month. Payments for the pay period from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month shall be posted on the 8th day of the next month or if the 8th day is not a business day, payments shall be posted on the first business day following the 8th. Payments for the pay period from the 16th of the month to the last day of the month shall be posted on the 22th day of the following month or if the 22th day if not a business day, payments shall be posted on the first business day following the 22th.
